ELECTRO MECHANICAL
Our Electro-Mechanical Division has the capability for installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning.
We have executed various projects which include the following:
Electrical services:
HV system (supply and installation), LV System (design and installation), Switchgears, Capacitor Banks, Electrical Panel Boards, Cable Lying, Power Generators and UPS, Grounding, Lightning, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Speakers, Telecommunication and other Low Current Services.
Mechanical Services:
HVAC (Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Industrial & Process Services, Fire Fighting System, FM-200 System, Chiller System, Water treatment plant, Industrial Waste Water Lines, Potable Water Lines, Sewer Lines, Drainage System, Air Compressor Lines and other mechanical services.
Those services are carried out by our professional team of Electro-Mechanical Engineers and Skilled Technicians.
ERECTRION & FABRICATION OF PEB &
STEEL STRUCTURES
Asharq Al-Baeid has several projects related to Erection and Fabrication of buildings.
In PEB Industry, Buildings manufactured in a way that its structural members are factory manufactured/engineered are known as Pre- Engineered Buildings or PEB.
Pre-engineered buildings are becoming an emerging trend nowadays in realization of an efficient and cost-effective infrastructure.
PEB is supplied as a fully finished product by PEB Company along with steel structure, metal building accessories and roofing/cladding. Fabricated building keeps fabrication process out of the weather and can also separate work areas, so possibility of material contamination is eliminated.
Our adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to meet customer requirements is why we receive preference and repeat business from our customers.

In this project, our Erection Firm team did a unique task by erecting the widest free span rafter in the country. It was 65m free span without any column in the middle. This achievement done in high level of professionality and safety. We are proud of our erection team and our accomplishment in the erection.
